      <title>Worry - Willard Tate</title>
<description>Jesus knows what the ordinary person worries about. He lived in poverty most of his life and had the same worries and concerns we do today. It is from deep experience he teaches us about worry. The most important message we can receive from Christ is that our worldly worries distract us from the comfort of the Gospel. The whole message of the Bible teaches us to be concerned for one another. Jesus is the cure for worry. Our life as Christians is the cure for worry. If we love Christ and care for one another as Christ cared for people we will not worry about the inconsequential things in life.

Matthew 6, Luke 12, Isaiah 6, Mark 4, Luke 10

      <title>Divorce - Willard Tate</title>
<description>God loves you, even if you are divorced. God hates divorce but loves the people. Christians should address divorce in a loving and merciful way in the example of Jesus Christ instead of by the strict law in the example of the Pharisees. There is comfort in the saving gospel of Jesus Christ to all people, divorced or not.

      <title>Forgiveness: Don’t be Afraid - Willard Tate</title>
<description>Forgiving is one of the hardest things for a human to do but don’t be afraid to forgive. We are afraid to forgive because we look at forgiveness in an irrational ways such as if we forgive we will make the sin not serious, we won’t forgive unless the other person asks, places too much responsibility on us, or it just doesn’t sound fair.

Matthew 18, Romans 3:21, II Timothy 2:1,

      <title>Are We There Yet? - Willard Tate</title>
<description>In today’s instant world we often get what we want in a matter of seconds. This “got to have it now” mentality extends to our relationship with God. One of God’s characteristics, however, is that he works so slowly. Forty years for Him is nothing, but to us it is so significant. When you find yourself in the desert stay with God and don’t give up on Him. When we find we get to place where God is all we’ve got well find God is all we need.

<description>Like those with infectious skin diseases under the old law we still avoid touching the spiritually unclean, but not Jesus. Jesus touched those that were unclean both physically and spiritually. He healed them. If we refuse to also touch and heal, through Jesus, those that are spiritually unclean it could lead to the worst sin of all - self-righteousness. God is the God of the untouchables; He will not pass you by. Mark 9, Leviticus 13,

<description>Like well used rag dolls we are all ragged and flawed by our environment and choices, but God loves us ragged and flawed.
